Refund policy

🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy – Rigged Touring

Effective Date: 24/05/2025

At Rigged Touring, we want you to love your gear! Our returns policy is designed in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


1. Change of Mind

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for change-of-mind purchases.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In original condition with tags attached

    • Returned at your own expense

We’ll offer a refund, store credit, or exchange once we receive and inspect the item.


2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if a product:

  • Has a major fault

  • Is unsafe

  • Doesn’t match the description or sample

  • Was sent incorrectly

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos if possible. We’ll cover return shipping in these cases.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.

  • Allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account once processed.


4. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale items (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Items returned in used or damaged condition (unless due to a fault)


5. How to Return

Email us at riggedtourin@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo evidence (if faulty)

We’ll guide you through the return process.
